We have only met Chester once before (all other games have been cancelled due to Covid), that came during the 2019-20 season, a 1-1 draw at Latimer Park in front of 971, our goal came courtesy of an own goal.

While we overcame Leamington in the Emirates FA Cup 3rd Qualifying round (replay) on Tuesday

night Chester surprising lost 0-4 at home to Marske United at the same stage, so they will be wanting to put that disappointment behind them and improve their league form. Their last league outing saw

the Blues thrash Blyth Spartans 5-1at the Deva Stadium.
