The 22-year-old attacking midfielder came through the ranks at Fulham, before having a spell at Stevenage.
He joined the Nike Academy and impressed whilst on trial with Birmingham City during the summer of 2013, before signing a contract at Port Vale.
Carvalho was a key member of the 2014/15 championship winning Corby Town side netting 13 goals in all competitions.
He also had a successful trial at Braintree Town, before signing for Canvey Island on dual registration making six appearances, but re-joined the Steel Park outfit in 2015.
The winger is no stranger to the Evo Stik Southern League Premier Division, having completed a month’s loan spell at Hemel Hempstead Town, netting 4 goals in 6 appearances for The Tudors.
