LADIES WALKING FOOTBALL
Our Ladies Walking Football sessions run every Wednesday 7.00-8.00 pm at Latimer Park.
As part of the Football Association’s initiative in keeping the nation active and improving health and well-being, we welcome ladies of all ages, fitness levels and abilities. It is primarily aimed at the over 40’s but we are encouraging all adult ages so mother and daughters welcome. The sessions are once a week for 1 hour. The sessions are small sided games, with no running or jogging with or without the ball, low impact tackling only with the ball kept under head height and other simple rules.
