Prior to joining the Poppies, Elijah has extensive experience both in coaching and scouting in numerous roles including Arsenal academy coach, Banbury United Coach, Peterborough scout, MK Dons Scout, Baller League Head Coach, EB Academy Director and Head of football, MK College and U19 Lead Football Coach.
Elijah provides tactical insight in training and match days, technical details to improve the technical actions of the players, support to manager on team selection, teams strategies and game plans.
