It was a day that Kettering Town fans will never forget. Whether it was the pre match festivities, the send off for the team from Latimer Park, fantastic support at Sixfields, the elation of the goals and the jubilation at the final whistle, it encapsulates why we are KTFC fans. To commemorate the day, the team at Poppies Media have produced a video which tells the story of our journey, the match experience and a view behind the scenes as the team made history again in the FA Cup.
79 places between KTFC and Cobblers, four divisions, three goals on the day , two scored by a 19 and a 33 year old for KTFC. All in front of a TV audience of millions and 1450 committed loyal Poppies fans. A cup upset of biblical proportions. One to remember.
