It has come to our attention that an inappropriate post has once again been shared from the KTFC X (formerly Twitter) account.
We wish to make it absolutely clear that the club does not condone or endorse the content in question. We can confirm that efforts are currently underway to identify those responsible, and this information can be independently corroborated.
Despite repeated attempts over the past two months, club officials have been unable to regain access to the club’s X account. It appears that individuals previously associated with the club may still have access to the account, and this matter is now the subject of a thorough investigation.
In addition to the unauthorised activity on the club’s X account, there have also been a number of attempts to gain unauthorised access to the club’s website and other online platforms. These incidents are being treated as part of a wider pattern of activity directed against the football club.
As potential criminal offences may have been committed, the club is treating these matters with the utmost seriousness. We are currently gathering evidence and will not hesitate to pursue all available legal remedies, including reporting matters to the relevant authorities and taking legal action against any individual or individuals found to be responsible.
If anyone has any information regarding the person or people involved, we urge them to contact the club and report it. All reports will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
The club remains committed to protecting its supporters, staff, volunteers and digital assets also protecting the clubs image and reputation. Further updates will be provided when appropriate.
