Emirates FA First Round Ticket Allocation and Collection Q&A

Interest in the game has now reached fever pitch. Following our post announcing the Voucher scheme for the forthcoming Emirates FA First Round vs Northampton Town on November 2nd 2024, we can now confirm the key aspects of the ticket allocation process. We have taken into account some of the enquiries that we have recently received, and whilst not exhaustive, the Club has compiled a question-and-answer format to provide both a guide and instruction for fans pre match and on game day itself as follows:

Questions and Answers

Q) What are the ticket categories for the allocation of tickets?

A) Category 1 – Season Ticket holders only and Season ticket holders and fans with 2 x vouchers, Category 2 – Fans with 1 voucher, Category 3 – General Sale

Q) On what dates are the tickets available for sale?

A) Ticket sales priority + dates are as follows:

Category 1 – Season Ticket holders only

Wed, Oct 23rd – 5.00 – 10.00pm

Season ticket holders and fans with 2 x vouchers:

Thurs, Oct 24th – 5.00 – 10.00pm

Fri, Oct 25th – 12.00 – 2.00pm + 6.00 – 9.00pm

Category 2 – Fans with 1 voucher

Category 3 – General Sale

On sale from Mon, Oct 28th (subject to availability) Monday 28th onwards – 6.00 – 9.00pm

Q) Which Categories are guaranteed tickets?

A) Of the three Categories, only season ticket holders are guaranteed tickets. All tickets are on a first come first served basis subject to availability for other Category holders. Season tickets holders are not entitled to a voucher as they are already top priority by virtue of presenting their season ticket.

Q) Where can we collect the tickets?

A) Tickets can be collected at the KTFC social club and from there eligible ticket holders will be directed to the ticket collection point.

Q) How will I receive vouchers?

A) At each of the next two KTFC first team home matches, vouchers can be collected one per paying fan at the Latimer Park turnstiles. Please note that there are a limited number of vouchers available.

Q) How will I know which voucher is for which game?

A) Each voucher will have a specific colour, date and number that uniquely relate to each of the two home games before the FA Cup tie on November 2nd 2024.

Q) How will seats be allocated?

A) The allocation of seats is undertaken by Category and the respective ticket sales dates based on a first come first served and ticket availability. Each ticket will have a specific seat number. Everyone will be allocated a seat and a number and must sit in that allocated seat. This is important as there are designated areas for specific parties e.g. mascots.

Q) How can I ensure that I sit with my friends?

A) The only way to ensure you sit with your friends is to purchase tickets at the same time.

Tickets are allocated by seat number in each of the Category ticket sales dates. Therefore, if say a season ticket holder buys a ticket in Category one, and wants to sit with his friends who have a Category Two ticket, they have the option to forfeit their Category one purchase and wait until the Category Two dates to obtain consecutive tickets subject to the restrictions on number of tickets to be collected by one person (shown below). We cannot allocate a ticket to a friend in the same Category window or any other window.

Q) What are the parking arrangements at Sixfields?

A) General Parking: There is a fireworks event near Sixfields on match day. Therefore, there will be very limited parking at the event. The good news is that the KTFC are laying on a coach service for the Poppies travel which can be booked for £15 per adult and £5 for kids (under 16 years of age). Kids must be accompanied by adults. Bookings can be made here https://app.fanbaseclub.com/Fan/Tickets/SelectType?fixtureId=8103 and further information regarding departure times will follow shortly.

Disabled Parking: There are 8 seats with wheelchair spaces and five car parking spaces situated at the away end for KTFC fans. These are allocated on a first come first served basis at a cost of £5 per space. Disabled fans can purchase the seats and carers (who accompany the disabled person) can attend the match free of charge. Please contact Mick.coe@ketteringtownfc.com to book your disabled parking spaces.

Q) Can Category holders collect multiple tickets on behalf of other fans?

A) One person can buy multiple tickets so long as they have the season ticket and/or vouchers to support the transaction. However, there is a cap on the number of multiple tickets that can be collected by a category holder which is two tickets per person.

Q) Can I pay for my ticket with cash?

A) Card payments are preferred however, cash will be accepted.

Q) How can I get my ticket if I cannot attend any of the Category allocation dates?

A) For fans who cannot attend any of the designed Category ticket collection dates (above) valid tickets holders can pick up their tickets from Sixfields on match day and they will be directed accordingly to the designated ticket office.

Q) What is the admittance rule regarding unaccompanied children aged 14 years old and under?

A)  Under 14-year-olds must be accompanied by an Adult

All tickets are on a first come first served basis subject to availability.
