Emirates FA Second Round Ticket Allocation and Collection Q&A

With our epic win against Northampton Town still fresh in our memories, we now look forward with excitement to the Emirates FA Cup Second Round tie against Doncaster Rovers on Sunday December 1st kick off 12 noon. As we have been drawn at home, and with the inevitable high demand for limited tickets, we want to ensure that there is a fair and equitable distribution of match tickets. Therefore, we are again introducing a voucher based ticket allocation process which commenced last Saturday.

We have taken into account some of the enquiries that we have recently received, and whilst not exhaustive, the Club has compiled a question-and-answer format to provide both a guide and instruction for fans pre match and on game day itself as follows:

Questions and Answers

Q) What are the ticket categories for the allocation of tickets?

A) Category 1: Season Ticket Holders, together with Sponsors and Volunteers; Category 2: Season Ticket Holders and fans with x 2 vouchers; Category 3: Fans with 1 voucher; Category 4: General Sale

Q) On what dates are the tickets available for sale?

A) Ticket sales priority + dates are as follows:

Category 1 : Season Ticket Holders, Sponsors and Volunteers

Tuesday,  November 19th 2024: 19.00 – 22.00pm

Category 2 : Season Ticket Holders and fans with 2 x vouchers:

Category 4 : General Sale

Q) Which Categories are guaranteed tickets?

A) Of the three Categories, only Season Ticket Holders are guaranteed tickets. All tickets are on a first come first served basis subject to availability for other Category holders. Season tickets holders are not entitled to a voucher as they are already top priority by virtue of presenting their season ticket.

Q) What are the tickets prices?

A) Tickets are priced as follows:

Adult: Standing £20 and Seating £22

Concessions/Student: £18 Seating and £16 Standing

U16:  £10 Seating and £8 Standing

Q) Is there a maximum number of tickets per person?

A) Yes, each person will only be able to pay for, and collect, a maximum of four tickets only. For example, if a season ticket holder wants an additional ticket, they will have to present two vouchers and will be subject to their ticket and three additional tickets only. The only exception will be if two U16 bought at the same transaction subject to the ticket Categories.

Q) Where can we collect the tickets?

A) Tickets can be collected at the KTFC social club at the allotted collection times, and from there, eligible ticket holders will be directed to the ticket collection point.

Q) How will I receive vouchers?

A) At each of the next two KTFC first team home matches; November 9th 2024 KTFC v Redditch United and November 16th 2024 KTFC v Bedford Town, vouchers can be collected on paid entry one per paying fan at the Latimer Park turnstiles. Please note that there are a limited number of vouchers available.

Q) How will I know which voucher is for which game?

A) Each voucher will have a specific colour, date and number that uniquely relate to each of the two home games before the FA Cup tie on December 1st 2024.

Q) How will seats be allocated?

A) The allocation of seats is undertaken by Category and the respective ticket sales dates based on a first come first served and ticket availability. Each ticket will have a specific seat number. Everyone will be allocated a seat and a number and must sit in that allocated seat. This is important as there are designated areas for specific parties e.g. mascots, media and disabled fans etc. There is limited seating available at Latimer Park due to FA and Broadcast requirements.

Q) How can I ensure that I sit with my friends?

A) For standing fans, given that the match will be all ticket and segregated, fans will be designated entry to a specific area of the ground based on the ticket allocation e.g. home and away. For seated fans, tickets will have specific seat locations and numbers to facilitate ease of access to the ground and match experience.

Apart from disabled fans with carers, seating tickets are allocated by seat number in each of the Category ticket sales dates. Therefore, if say a season ticket holder buys a ticket in Category One, and wants to sit with his friends who have a Category Two ticket, they have the option to forfeit their Category One purchase and wait until the Category Two dates to obtain consecutive seating tickets subject to the restrictions on number of tickets to be collected by one person. We cannot allocate a ticket to a friend in the same Category window or any other window. Please note, that there limited seating tickets available.

Q) For those with Standing Tickets can we stand anywhere in the ground?

A) Each ticket will have a designated standing area and fans are asked to stand in these areas to watch the game e.g. view the game from the area of the ground that they have purchased a ticket for.

Q) What are the parking arrangements at Latimer Park?

A) General Parking and Disabled Parking: When fans purchase their tickets, they also have an opportunity to secure car parking for a fee of £5 per space. Whilst there will be no parking in the car park area adjacent to the KTFC Clubhouse, the club will provide designated areas in the vicinity of Latimer Park. Details of these locations and parking arrangements (including Disabled parking ) will be available on each of the ticket sales days.

Q) Can Category holders collect multiple tickets on behalf of other fans?

A) One person can buy multiple tickets so long as they have the season ticket and/or vouchers to support the transaction. However, there is a cap on the number of multiple tickets that can be collected by a category holder which is four tickets per person.

Q) Can I pay for my ticket with cash?

A) Card payments are preferred however, cash will be accepted.

Q) How can I get my ticket if I cannot attend any of the Category allocation dates?

A) For fans who cannot attend any of the designed Category ticket collection dates (above) valid tickets holders can pick up their tickets from the club shop prior to the match. Alternatively, there may be an opportunity to purchase a tickets in the general sale if conducted, subject to prior tickets sales take up.
