How to Buy A Ticket
For AWAY fans, Telford tickets are being sold via their own process so AFC Telford fans please refer to your club channel for further details.
For HOME fans, we will again utilise Fanbase to sell tickets largely online with a very limited number available in person, this general sale phase will commence at midday on Saturday 3rd May 2025 (both online and in person).
Online general sale will now apply in the first instance only to people who have previously purchased a ticket on Fanbase this season.
In person sales are restricted only to those who purchased in person for the Southern League Premier Central Playoff Semi Final.
Once again please only attend the physical sales if you are absolutely unable to purchase online. Buying your tickets online is the quickest and easiest way to do so and will help those who cannot access the web buy their tickets efficiently.
Once this stage has completed, we may release further information regarding ticket sales, subject to availability.
We are prioritising season ticket holders and kindly ask that if you are a season ticket holder wanting to guarantee your ticket please email finance@ketteringtownfc.com by 5pm on Friday 2nd May, if we have not heard from you by this time we will release all tickets for general sale. All eligible season ticket holders will receive a link via email to purchase their ticket, please keep an eye out for this email and pay immediately as your tickets will not be sent to you until this has been done.
Please note that season ticket holders are entitled to purchase one match ticket per season ticket in the season ticket sale window. This does not preclude season ticket holders from purchasing additional tickets in the subsequent general sale.

Ticket Purchase and Share Information
- We are disabling the functionality to share tickets (i.e. forward tickets) to another user from within the Fanbase app. This is because of a few sharing issues the function created for users seeking entry to the game. If you purchase multiple tickets, you can print them and physically share tickets, or you can download into your apple / google wallet and share from there. Failing either of those options, you should ensure you enter as a single group with all tickets displayed on one device
- Please do not purchase a ticket for entry from anyone other than official channels or a person you know and trust as each ticket has a unique QR code, and if scanned, it will not be accepted again. If you purchase a ticket from a stranger, there is a high chance you could be open to being scammed leading to possible denial of entry to the game
- Treat any digital ticket you possess as if it were a physical ticket. So please do not give them to anyone who you do not wish to use and do not publish any image of your QR code online (i.e. in social media posts etc.)
- It is important everyone follows the advice above to ensure you are granted entry at the turnstiles on Monday with your ticket
