The Southern League have confirmed the club allocations for the 2025_2026 season. As a result of Farsley Celtic being placed in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division, due to not being granted a licence by the FA to compete in Steps 1-4 next season, Barwell gain a reprieve from relegation and remain in the division.
The promoted teams of Bury Town, Quorn, Worcester City and Real Bedford will join the existing sides from last season with Needham Market, who were relegated from the National League North, making the final line up of the Southern League Premier Central 2025_26.
