KTFC are delighted to announce the signing of Shane Flynn, a very composed left fullback who can play anywhere on the left hand side, subject to league approval.
As Poppies fans would have witnessed during the preseason games at Desborough Town and Moulton, Shane is excellent defensively and extremely comfortable on the ball, perfectly suited to how we are looking to play this season.
Shane started his career in Ireland and then came through the ranks at Leicester City, moving back home to Ireland to play for Waterford and Ballymena respectively. With a wand of a left foot he also caught the eyes of the national setup and represented his country at youth levels.
