KTFC is delighted to announce that forward Cyrus Babaie-Gumbs has joined the club from Biggleswade Town. Cyrus got off to a cracking start to the 2024-25 season with the Waders scoring 11 goals in all competitions (including a hat-trick in the FA Trophy) in a difficult season for the Bedfordshire club. Cyrus joins the Poppies at the business part of the season and gives Richard Lavery’s side a different dynamic as we strive for promotion.
Cyrus played against the Poppies on Boxing Day as Kettering triumphed 3-1 and has also had a spell at Potter’s Bar Town and Welywn Garden City.
We would like to welcome Cyrus to Latimer Park and wish him an enjoyable and successful time with the club.
