Act of Remembrance

Before Saturday’s match versus Redditch United FC, there will be a short ‘Act of Remembrance’ immediately before kick off, led by Chaplin Jez Safford. This will take the form of a minutes silence with both Club Captains invited to lay wreaths on the centre spot. The Burton Royal British Legion will be in attendance, participating on the day and will have a merchandise store on the concourse beside the turnstiles. We encourage fans to arrive early out of respect and abide by the minutes silence.

The club will also be represented by Mick Coe at the Remembrance Service at St. Mary’s Church (10:00 a.m.) and at the War Memorial to lay the Club’s wreath, in Burton Latimer on Sunday. Thank you for your support.
